What Personal Data Do We Collect?

When you visit and navigate our site and when you communicate with us via our site, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide us that information voluntarily.

If you apply for any job with us, Lesley Hooks Estate Agents are the data controller for the information you provide whether this be directly or via third party advertisement sites including Facebook and Indeed. The information you provide will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application or to fulfil legal obligations. We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns including information such as the number of visitors to our site. This does not include personably identifiable information and we do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our site.

When someone visits our website we use Google Analytics and Iceberg Digital to collect information regarding visitor behaviour patterns. We do this in order to find out the number of visitors to our website and Google listing. This data does not identify any individual and we will not make attempts to identify any individuals. If we do intend to identify visitors to our website we will make this clear when and why we are doing so.

Any information that you do register with us will be stored securely and will only be used to deliver information to you based on your requirements.

Who We Share Your Data With

We use third party companies to provide services and for other business functions. These include but are not limited to the following companies, all of whom follow GDPR regulations and you can find their respective privacy policies on their websites.

Iceberg Digital (Lifesycle)

We use this company for business functionality and marketing purposes and we therefore record data about a customers actions including email opening, link clicks, subscription preferences, contact requests and more.

Acquaint CRM

This is our central CRM system where we store and collect data.

CFP & Alto Softwares

Used for lettings and property management to store data. We use Homelet, Rentshield and Rightmove for tenant referencing where data you provide will be collected and used for credit checks and background checks. We also use Inventory Base for collecting data including photographs at inventories and inspections.

Move Butler/I Am Property

In order to comply with money laundering regulations we collect identification documents and information voluntarily provided by yourselves, this will be held in our offices and on our computers. We sometimes use Move Butler/I am Property software to collect the data you provide and this data will be stored with them for at least 5 years.

Fixflo

We use Fixflo to arrange and manage repairs on rented accommodation. Data will be stored and processed on this platform as well as shared with relevant contractors and any parties necessary to carry out repairs, this will only be done with your knowledge and consent and for transactional purposes.

We will on occasion share your data with other third parties for transactional or marketing purposes. We will only do this with your consent to share your data for the given purpose or where we deem there to be legitimate interest to do so. Third parties include Solicitors, Mortgages Advisors, Surveyors, Board Companies, Contractors, Reference Companies, Tenancy Deposit Schemes and various others where necessary. We may process your data and share it as such if required to by the law for things such as but not limited to; data protection, welfare, health and safety, financial services etc. We may also collect and process data for legitimate interests such as fraud prevention, due diligence and compliance.

Property Information

All measurements, areas and distances mentioned are approximate and are issued as a guide only. If such details are fundamental to a purchase, purchasers must rely on their own enquiries.
